I think we can understand that IKonic is supplying from stockists and does not carry all the stock listed. I purchased from them and delivery was done within 4 days from purchase. Friendly, helpful and excellent service ! Happy Customer.!!!!

I purchased an item advertised on their website and got an item completely different, I did net get what i ordered. iKonic IT's response was "sorry , the image does not reflect the product".
Pros: Advertised prices cheap
Cons: You don't know for sure whether you will get what you ordered.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us.
Images supplied by manufacturers periodically don't reflect the product advertised.
We are more than willing to take the product back as long as it is still sealed and unused. As our supplier wont accept products back if the factory seal has been broken.
