Ordered a HTC Desire Z from the company Paralleled. Reluctant to buy from this company at first, however their support and customer service was first class. Order was received 4 days later well packaged and in immaculate condition. Prices are incredibly competitive and while the delivery was a little slow, I am very, very pleased with the company. It's great to see another trustworthy e-company coming online and I wish them all the success with their South African venture. Was also nice to see a free christmas treat thrown in aswell (a screen protector)
Pros: Friendly and professional communication and competitive pricing.
Cons: A tad slow at delivery.

Not sure what the previous ratings were about, but my experiences with paralleled were nothing but fantastic. The prices are pretty good backed with fantastic customer service. will definitely be back again to use them again and will recommend to all.

Ordered a HTC Desire HD handset two weeks ago, it arrived 5 days after I ordered it. Happy with the customer service and overall experience with Paralleled. Will recommend to others.

Not sure what happened with the previous ratings, but all I can say is my experiences with paralleled were all positive. Competitive pricing and great support and friendly customer service. Will be back again defintely. Also included a free pair of headphones - was a nice find.

I placed an order for a camera with this Company on 24.09.2010 To date I have received nothing. I have tried to contact Paralleled but they do not respond to e-mails or messages on their web site. I will now proceed to claim a refund of my payment from P-Pal. I would not recommend this Company to anyone.
Pros: Good looking web site
Cons: disaster for service and customer relationships.

Customer in question has received the goods he ordered and we can provide a courier delivery confirmation sheet of this. We would also like to take this opportunity to admit our communication lagged for a while, however we have made changes to see this problem will never surface again. -

I strongly advise not buying anything from this company. I bought a phone from them and waited almost a month to receive it. After emailing them about my order, it took nine days to respond. Having still not shipped the order after two weeks, I laid a claim with Paypal for non-receipt of item, and only after ten days of that claim, did they send the item. I am still owed R250 for a customs refund that they promised me, but I'm genuinely relieved that that is the only money I lost dealing with these people. Please use with caution, or better yet, not at all.
Pros: They offer slightly better than retail prices
Cons: Everything besides the price

Customer received a full refund of R250. We suffered issues when our main office in NZ suffered a 7.1 earthquake which disrupted communication as this customer experienced. We have apoligized and taken steps to make sure this does not happen again.
