No replies to emails, order an item on 12 Jan, didn't receive any updates on my order unless I phoned. Got a reply on the 19th Jan with a tracking number. So in total I have to wait 2 weeks for an order. Note that I did confirm stock prior to ordering.

I placed an order with Rampage gaming on 24 August 2011 and made an electronic payment which was acknowledged as received and also that stock was available. To date (6.09.11) I have not received the article (despite 24-48h delivery paid for) and they do not answer phones or reply to emails. This company is a fraudulent front. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Cons: No response to daily emails since 25.08.11. Phones just go to voice mail. Answered once on Friday 29.08.11. Confirmed order had been processed and would phone back with tracking number from courier. Did not do so.

Awesome Store, really helpful with info on products, and good delivery service.

Pros: They know their products well.
